878/1 Cumberland Street

I've found this flat to be better than most uniflats I've seen; it's newer and cleaner, which I appreciate. However, it does get freezing cold in the winter and can be a bit noisy since we're on Cumberland Street. On the plus side, the property management has been really helpful.
