The house is brand new this year, very warm, and well-insulated with double glazing and a heat pump, but it lacks a fan in the bathroom, and the metal-framed windows tend to get a lot of condensation. The landlord is lovely and easy to deal with, although they manage many properties, so responses can be a bit slow at times. Overall, the best thing about the flat is that it's brand new, while the worst thing is definitely the absence of a bathroom fan.
