The flat has two downstairs bedrooms and three upstairs, with most being decent-sized, though one is smaller and can be used alongside an additional room for storage or as a study. The bathrooms are functional but small, with some mould in the upstairs bathroom that's easy to clean. The living room is cozy and easy to heat, but the kitchen suffers from limited bench space and lacks a dishwasher. The landlord is responsive and friendly, but the flat wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we moved in, and we had some issues with the wheelie bin being stolen. Overall, the location is great, just a short walk to the university and polytech.

The house has its pros and cons. The best thing about it is the sun, which really brightens up the space. However, the worst thing is the sound, as it can be quite noisy at times. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
The house has lots of storage space, but one room is terrible. The landlord is very helpful and will do whatever you ask. The best thing about living here is the space, while the worst part is being between two other flats.
