The flat is colder inside than outside, with drafts coming from under the floor and drains backing up due to tree roots. I really can't say anything nice about the landlord. The best thing about this place is the location, but overall, the flat itself is the worst part.

I found the house to be a great spot for partying since Starters Bar is right in front of it. The landlord is quite friendly and mostly available when you need him. The best thing about the place is its location, being near the mosque and library, but it can get quite cold.
The house has two outdoor rooms, which I really appreciate, and the bathroom is also a highlight. However, a few rooms don't have any keys, and the place is very cold due to bad insulation. Overall, while I enjoy the outdoor spaces, the lack of warmth is a significant drawback.
