I really enjoyed living in this flat, especially the grandstand lounge with its projector screen—definitely the best feature. The landlord was very responsive and friendly, though it could take up to a week for them to come over and sort out any issues. One downside was that the walls could be a bit more soundproof. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The flat features a huge graffiti art piece on the front, a projector, surround sound, and a grand stand, making it perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is spacious with two ovens and stove tops, but it can get super cold and the bathrooms lack ventilation, leading to mould issues. While the front rooms get great sun, the kitchen and living room are dark most of the day. Our landlord is a good guy with great ideas, but he doesn’t always follow through promptly. Overall, the place has its charm, but it can be cold, damp, and mouldy at times.
