I recently rented a renovated flat with nice carpet, a modern bathroom, and an induction stove in the kitchen. It has one huge bedroom and two very big ones, but the lounge is more like a dining area, so there's no real communal space. The location is great for uni, town, and grocery shopping, although it feels a bit pricey given the lack of a proper lounge. The landlords are very nice and quick to fix things if you're a good tenant, which is a definite plus.
