The house is really good for the price—it's soooo warm with unlimited power, and the heat pump is constantly blasting. While it's a bit of a trek to town and campus, the property manager is pretty on to it, although repairs sometimes take a while due to the repair guys. The landlord, who seems to be some Auckland fat cat, did buy a picnic table, which is decent. The worst part is the thin walls; I can hear people having sex, and with it being like a studio, it's awkward with people I don't really know.
