I really enjoyed living in this flat with its nice kitchen, lounge, and dining area, plus good-sized rooms. The landlord was lovely and amazing to deal with. The best part was the shower and the sun in the lounge, but it could get cold at times, and there wasn't a real yard. The laundry not being in the main house helped with condensation issues.
