I found the flat to be great in terms of facilities, with a spacious open downstairs lounge/kitchen/dining area that was perfect for having guests. However, the experience was brought down by the two flatmates who were already there; one was extremely noisy, and the guy ended up on house detention, making us feel uncomfortable. On a positive note, the landlord was prompt in addressing issues, like fixing our waste disposal system within a week, even though I didn't deal with her directly.
