The flat is perfect if you love everything you own going moldy, wet, and permanently cold. The landlord is pretty decent, and the best thing about the place is that it’s close to campus, but other than that, there’s not much to recommend. The worst part is that it’s extremely cold, mouldy, and you constantly get secondhand smoke from the smokers outside, especially from the polytechnic students.
