The best thing about the flat is the huge living area and kitchen, which I really enjoy. However, it can get really cold, and we have had issues with mice. The bathrooms are outdated, but the property managers have responded quickly whenever we've needed them.

I lived in a private and modern flat on the bottom level of an older style villa, which was completely renovated with 3 bedrooms, open plan living, and a bathroom complete with a bath. The landlord was very easygoing and friendly, and I loved how modern the flat was and the open plan living. However, it could get noisy if the flat above decided to have a party, and the walk up Cargill Street hill to get to the flat was a bit of a challenge.
