Living in this flat has been a mixed experience. While the new kitchen and carpet are bliss and the communal areas are great for bonding, chronic mould in nearly all the rooms has led to sore throats and ruined belongings. The landlord has made some cosmetic improvements, but serious issues like the leaking sleepout and mould have largely been ignored despite multiple reports. On a positive note, the fireplace was awesome, and the heat pump worked well once we figured it out, but the overall lack of response to major problems has been quite stressful.

The house is freezing, with small living spaces and drafty doors, making winter particularly tough since ice lingers around the house and on the hill we have to cross. With only one toilet for a six-bedroom flat, it can get quite inconvenient. On the plus side, the landlord replies quickly, and the closeness to uni is definitely a highlight.
The house is cold and damp, which can be uncomfortable. However, the landlords are lovely, and the best part is that it's cheap and close to uni. Overall, the coldness is the worst aspect of living here.
The location of the flat is great, but the lack of warmth is a significant issue; the house is extremely damp and cold in winter, and there's a lot of mould in the bathroom and some rooms. While the landlord replies to texts quickly, he takes ages or doesn't address the problems at all. The fire in the lounge is nice, but it doesn't make up for the overall discomfort.
The house is warm, and the location and view are definitely the best things about it. The landlord is very helpful, which adds to the positive experience. However, the shower pressure could be better, and I find the laundry entrance outside a bit inconvenient.
I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location and views, plus the small balcony and washing lines were handy for drying clothes. The bedrooms are small but warm, with an average temperature of 20.9 degrees Celsius in mine during September, which was nice since I didn't need heating. The landlord is very responsive and approachable, making it easy to address any issues. The only downsides were the shower pressure and having to go outside to access the laundry. Overall, it’s a great price for what you get, but I wouldn’t pay more because of the bedroom size.
The house has a nice open light living area and kitchen, but two of the bedrooms get no sun and can be quite cold. The landlord has been very good to us, responding quickly and always being pleasant to deal with. The best thing about the place is the lounge and deck, while the worst aspect is definitely the cold bedrooms.
This was a great flat! The black roof attracts the sun, making it quite warm, and it truly comes fully furnished with everything you need, from beds and couches to kitchenware. The landlord is lovely and quick to address any issues, though we did have a delay with our bond return due to a form error. The best things about the flat are its location and warmth, but the two south-facing bedrooms can be quite cold since they get little to no sun.
The house has huge rooms, decent showers, and is easy to heat in the living room, but if it snows, it rains inside, especially in the main corridor, and there's only one toilet for six people, making it quite cold in the bedrooms. The landlord is efficient and treats us well, but when water dripped through the roof and soaked the carpet, we were told nothing could be done, although she did pay for dryers for two days. The best part of living here has been the flatmates, while the worst has definitely been the coldness.
I really enjoyed living in the house, which had a great location and a cheap price. The landlord was very excellent, but the worst thing was the uneven floors.
I found the house to be fully furnished and very warm, making it ideal for a first-year student like me. The landlord is nice, which adds to the positive experience. The best part was definitely the fully furnished setup, but the downside was that there was only one bathroom.
