I live in a fantastic 100-year-old house that could use a bit of TLC, but at $75 per week, it's a great deal. The large section is perfect for gardening, and I love that pets are allowed. The landlord is friendly and responsive, which makes dealing with them easy. The only downside is that the insulation could be better, as it looks pretty munted in the roof.

The house is a 100-year-old property that shows some of its age, but it has a large backyard that's great for gardening. It's privately owned, and the landlord is easy to deal with, taking care of lawns, breakage, and external maintenance without any hassle. The best thing about this place is the price, but the worst thing is that it can be quite cold.
Living at 80 Bank Street has been challenging due to its structurally unsound condition, which has led to damp and mouldy living environments that require constant maintenance. Unfortunately, three tenants had to leave because they became ill with viral and respiratory infections. While the house is spacious and has a nice deck, the landlord seems naive about the serious structural issues affecting the property.
The house is absolutely freezing throughout winter, and it's damp, with mold growing all over the flat, although the upstairs rooms are the warmest. The landlord is pretty nice and responds quickly, but he takes a long time to follow through on issues. The best thing about the flat is the price of rent, but the worst thing is definitely the cold.
