The house has a great location and good-sized rooms, with the downstairs shower having much better water pressure than upstairs. However, there’s no heat pump, just individual panel heaters, and the two ovens don’t work very well, plus there’s no dishwasher. The landlord is a nice guy, but his office is smokey. Overall, the best thing about the flat is the location, while the worst is that it can be quite cold.
