The house has holes in the floor, is very drafty, and lacks sunlight, with uneven room sizes and a silly layout where two flats share one kitchen but only one pays for the power. The landlord has a strong language barrier, often stores stuff around our flat, parks his car in the driveway, and shows up without notice, frequently fighting with his wife. The best part is that it's not in the loud student areas, but the worst is that it's cold and damp.

I loved the amazing balcony out front that gets heaps of sun, and there was plenty of parking available. The huge basement was definitely the best feature of the house, although the high ceilings were a bit of a downside. The landlord was a really nice guy, but he's sold the property now.
