The house is nice but expensive, and the clubs nearby can be quite loud. It tends to get too hot in summer, especially upstairs, so I recommend not leaving the door open since the hallway turns into a sauna. Parking is a hassle, but the landlord, a nice Chinese lady, manages a few flats. The best feature is definitely the shower, while the worst aspects are the price and noise.

The house is always warm, but it can get noisy on busy nights. I appreciate that the gas comes straight from the city, so there's no need to order bottles, but the fire alarms are shocking and dangerous—they go off due to shower steam and don't activate during an actual fire. The landlord can be hard to communicate with, and while the location is the best aspect, the building materials are of poor quality.
