The house is good because it's close to Uni and the rooms are spacious. However, the rent is too expensive at $155 for a furnished room, especially since it doesn't include internet or power, which feels like a rip-off. The heating situation is also poor, with only one heat pump in the living room that doesn't adequately warm the upstairs rooms, forcing us to use extra heaters and increasing our power bills. While the landlady is nice, she often enters the house for inspections without prior notice, which is unprofessional, and her slow email responses can be frustrating.
