The flat is easy to heat and stays warm, which I appreciate, though some may find the bedrooms small; I think it's actually beneficial for quick heating. While there's no dishwasher and parking can be a bit annoying at times, those are minor drawbacks. The landlord is super responsive and lovely—she fixed some lights within two days and is proactive about maintenance. Overall, the flat has a nice neutral color throughout, but it is up a hill.

The house has great views from the lounge and one bedroom, and the location is perfect if you want to be close to town. However, it can be very cold in winter, especially the yellow room, which is damp. The bathroom and toilet are awful due to a previous landlord's cheap DIY job. On the plus side, the landlord is easy to contact and has been good to deal with since taking over in 2016.
The house has a clean, functional kitchen and a new bathroom, which is definitely the best feature. While the bedrooms are a bit small, they do come with wardrobes, and the heat pump keeps the cozy space warm at a low cost. However, noise from the upstairs flat can be quite distracting, as you can hear their footsteps and conversations. On the plus side, the property manager is lovely and quick to address any issues.
