I really appreciate how close the house is to transport, and you definitely get more for your money compared to living in the city, which is only 10 minutes away. The landlord is a very good person to deal with; he may be busy at times, but he responds quickly to reasonable requests. The best thing about the place is the space, although heating it up can be a bit of a challenge.
