A very nice flat for the price. Lounge gets lovely view of the city and harbour with tons of sun in the morning. Rooms are a nice size with built in desk and hanging space. I loved having off street parking especially since the street could get pretty full. Downstairs is a little colder than upstairs but the rooms heat up quickly with a good heater. Privacy curtains in the front rooms to prevent anyone from seeing in which is nice. The walls are a bit thin though and can hear the creaking of people walking upstairs. Landlord is very nice and punctual with problems. Even chipped in to power bill when hot water cylinder was leaking. All round pretty good place despite the hill.
