The fireplace is definitely the best feature of the house, providing warmth and a cozy atmosphere. However, the third-floor shower has terrible water pressure, and the toilet often doesn't flush. The house shakes with the wind and when someone walks around, and it's not soundproof at all—you can even hear farting through the walls. The landlord only responded when we sent him a meme about the house problems, which was frustrating, and the hill and driveway to the flat are a real hassle.
