The house has a great view, but I have concerns about the advertised underfloor insulation; when the floorboards rotted out, I saw no insulation, just cold ground. The heat pump is efficient, but poorly placed, leaving half the house unheated. While the house isn't damp if aired out daily, it can suffer from bad condensation in winter. Additionally, the property managers take a long time to address issues, and often the fixes aren't adequate, so we preferred to speak to reception for quicker resolutions. The worst part is definitely the draughtiness.

The house is feking cold, and while the rotten floors have been fixed, the dishwasher leaks and the kitchen floods during heavy rain. The big rooms are a plus, and the rent is cheap, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is not bad and deals with queries in a timely manner, but the exposure is the worst part.
Nothing in this house works as advertised in the listing, and the landlord is completely useless and not the brightest. The best thing about living here is the hot shower, but the worst part is that cooking on the stove gives you electric shocks.
The location of the flat is great, and I enjoyed the nice views, but there are some downsides. There's no dryer, and sound travels quite strongly from the neighbors below, which can be disruptive. Additionally, the landlord was frustrating to deal with, regularly emailing to schedule viewings for potential tenants but then not showing up. Lastly, the stairs can be a hassle.
