The rooms are on the smaller side, but the kitchen and lounge are nicely sized and comfortable, and the shower pressure is great. While the middle and upper floor rooms are warm during summer, the middle room has no sound insulation, making it noisy. The flat is conveniently located near town, but it could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting. Our landlord is really great and responds quickly to issues, although he tends to fix things himself instead of calling in professionals. The worst part is that it gets freezing in winter, and the heat pump doesn’t help much.
