The whole house is old and outdated, with minimal repairs and maintenance, and the water pressure is terrible. The heat pumps are poorly placed and very dehydrating during winter, and we even had a rat issue that took weeks to resolve. The property manager is unresponsive and doesn't seem to understand tenants' needs, and the landlord lives overseas and is unreachable. The only good thing about this place is the flatmates; everything else is disappointing.
