I've been living in this flat for two years, and overall, it's decent—more like a proper house than a student flat. The price is good, it's quiet, and the deck is awesome, but dealing with Mana Property has been frustrating. They've been picky during inspections and slow to respond to issues like the leaking shower and fridge seal. While they are working on bringing the house up to new housing standards, the shower is definitely the worst part of living here.

The house has its pros and cons. The best thing about it is definitely the deck, but the bathroom and the lack of bench space in the kitchen are drawbacks. Additionally, the landlord lives in Timaru, making it pretty difficult to get hold of him when needed.
