The house has a small kitchen and lounge for seven people, which can get very cold, but at least it’s not damp thanks to the heat pump in the lounge. The landlord gave us the flat in a less than clean condition, and during monthly inspections, he constantly criticizes us for not keeping it tidy, even though we vacuum regularly. His wife's rude comments during an inspection were completely unreasonable, and he often fails to fix issues in a timely manner. The best part of the flat is the location and backyard, but the landlord is definitely the worst aspect.

The flat had a nice lounge, decent-sized rooms, and a good kitchen, but the experience was marred by an awful landlord. He tried to con us out of our bond by blaming normal wear and tear for damages and charged us exorbitantly for repairs that were unnecessary. We even ended up paying over $2500 for water damage he refused to cover, all while he claimed we were irresponsible. The best part of my time there was my electric blanket, but the landlord truly was the worst aspect of the experience.
This flat doesn't look like a typical rental; it truly feels like a home. The sun is great in summer, although we wish there was more in winter. The landlord is very responsive to any issues, which is a plus. The best part is that internet is included and unlimited, but the downside is the lack of insulation and double glazing.
