The house has limited kitchen space but a good outdoor area and one off-street parking spot, with insulated ceilings and floors. The landlord responds quickly to issues, although they live out of town. The best part is that they allow pets and are very good landlords, but the worst thing is that the lawn gets overgrown quickly in spring.

The flat is quite damp, but it’s manageable if heated, though noise travels a lot from the kitchen/lounge to the bedrooms. The property manager is slack, failing to get anything fixed since the first inspection back in April, and often sends texts about inspections on the wrong days. The best features are the kitchen and the new bathroom, but the cold dampness and the property manager are definitely the worst aspects.
The house features a modern interior with expanded kitchen and lounge areas, but the bedroom areas are part of an existing villa and lack underfloor or ceiling insulation, which can make them damp. The landlord is no fuss and very responsive. The best things about the flat are the spacious kitchen and living areas, while the downside is that it's on the cold side of the valley.
The lounge has a fire, which I found key in the winter, and the rooms are a bloody good size to heat, with heaps of room for my stuff. The landlord is fast to react to any problems that pop up and is always keen to improve the place. The best thing about the flat is the good-sized backyard, but the worst thing is that it's hard to move and store firewood.
The flat was broken into twice during May, but the landlord, who is a nice dude, had safety latches fixed to some windows and a new lock put on the sliding door. The best thing about the place is its size, but the worst thing is definitely the location.
