I really like the flat; it has a cheap, nice-looking design with a pretty big common area and a great open layout for the kitchen and lounge. While it can be a bit cold and draughty, the heat pump and oil heaters make it relatively easy to warm up. The property manager is lovely and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which is a big plus. Overall, I would recommend it, but just be aware that one room is quite a bit smaller than the others.
