Living in this flat feels like being in Antarctica during winter; there's no insulation, and the large rooms can't be heated adequately with just one heater. While the view, especially of the harbour and the amazing sunrises, is beautiful, I often wonder if it's worth risking hypothermia. The landlords are generally responsive to issues, but they do require some reminders to get things done. Overall, it's a quiet location just outside the CBD, but the cold can be unbearable—so cold that Pluto looks like a tropical vacation spot.

I found the rental to be a great deal, especially considering the price, which is definitely the best thing about it. There really isn't anything I can complain about; everything has been satisfactory.
