I got ghosted by my Property Manager

We haven’t received our Healthy Homes report since Feb and we are now having electrical issues where the entirety of the first floor power sockets went out and none of this has been even been acknowledged by our property manager when we messaged her. Absolute nightmare and then found out that the circuit board is made with asbestos. The flat is so fucking cold we are spending about $800 a month on heating. They want to double the rent for next year……good luck with that
