The house is small but cosy, with fully furnished rooms of varying sizes, though it feels a little cluttered and some painting is unfinished. The landlord is sweet but not very responsive; they will fix problems if prompted, and while a bit flaky, all issues eventually get resolved. The best thing about the flat is the price, but the worst part is the high power bills in winter.
