Rate this flatFinding the house was a bit challenging, but it was totally worth it. The landlord is very nice and approachable, which makes the experience even better. The best part is the cheap rent with no bond, although the only downside is the barking from the neighbor's dog.
The house can get a bit cold and damp in winter, and there's a big leak in the sink. The landlord is nice but distant and doesn't show up much. The best part for me was that my bedroom was off the lounge, allowing me to steal some heat at night once the heat pump was off. However, the awkward windows were a downside, with some broken and others unable to close, facing directly into the neighbors' garden or walls.
