My flat was awesome, with tonnes of free firewood and new insulation installed in the ceiling before winter, plus a sicko garden with veggies and sun. The landlord is pretty cool and even gave me a good Christmas present this year. The best part was definitely the price, but the location and heating system were the worst aspects.
