Living in this flat has been a challenging experience. It's extremely cold, with sky-high power bills that the landlord refused to address despite my repeated requests for three months. The lack of basic amenities like a fridge and washing machine, combined with dangerous steps covered in moss, made it even worse. I advise anyone renting here to be cautious during the tenancy handover, as the landlord is unprofessional and may try to withhold your bond. While the location feels secure from theft, the overall experience has been frustrating and unpleasant.
