The house is in a quiet, good neighborhood, but the high ceilings and lack of insulation make it quite chilly in winter, and it's a bit far from town. However, the room sizes and shower pressure are great. The landlord is responsive if you text her, just be specific since she can get easily confused. The worst part is the icy temperatures and poor internet.
