Landlord
The house has a modern kitchen and different sized rooms, with one significantly smaller than the others, plus a sleepout. The bathroom lacks a window, but the shower pressure is the best thing about the place. On the downside, it is absolutely freezing, and while the landlord is very nice, that doesn't help with the cold.
