I lived at this flat a few years ago and honestly it was a really good flat! It was a good condition flat, everything worked, the bedrooms were descent sizes and it wasn't stupidly cold (and we never used the heat pump), no mould issues, no draughts or anything like that. It was a really reasonable flat and we didn't have any issues when we lived there. NOTE: Ignore my property manager rating. The property manager we had when we lived here was great, however, I know the property manager has changed since then so I cannot speak for the current property manager.
