The flat is quite small with very thin walls, and while the toilet is in the lounge, it was never really a problem for us. It gets cold in winter, but the heat pump warms it up quickly, and the heat transfer system works well. The landlord struggles with texting and didn't understand some of our questions. On the plus side, it was rebuilt in 2015, so everything has new appliances and a clean finish, though the building quality could be better, as the shared living spaces and kitchen feel cramped.
