The house is very small with limited storage, but it's sufficient for two people to live cheaply, stay warm, and be close to campus. The bed is in a loft, which raises some fire safety concerns, but at $105 each per week, including power, it's a decent deal. The property manager is great and gets things done quickly, and having power included in the rent is definitely a plus. The university internet reaches the house, but it's not great.
