The landlord is super friendly and a cool guy who gets along easily with everyone and listens to our input, which makes up for what the flat lacks—though it doesn't lack too much. The lounge has a 'homey' feel, making it a good place to relax, and I appreciate the liberal use of the heaters. However, the shower pressure is pretty crappy. Overall, it's a decent flat with a good vibe.

The house is nice and sunny with a lovely backyard, but it's too big to heat up properly, making it too cold at times. I appreciate the nice neighbor, and while the landlord is quick to respond, things don't always get done in a reasonable time frame.
The dining room, kitchen, and living room are spacious, and there's a heat pump in the kitchen to keep things warm, plus you can use personal heaters. The landlord is easy to get along with and relaxed, although he can be slow to respond. The best part is the social atmosphere with the big lounge and nice TV, but it can get a bit cold, and you can hear everything from the other rooms.
The house has a great landlord, which makes a big difference. The best thing about living here is the sun, which really brightens up the space.
The house has a very tiny kitchen, and the laundry doesn't lock, which led to stuff being stolen on two occasions. The landlord is nice and friendly, mostly organized, and fairly quick to respond to issues. The best part is definitely the view and backyard, along with an excellent neighbor, but the price and kitchen size are definitely the worst aspects.
