The location of the flat is its best feature, but unfortunately, the house is very unclean; I found mouse urine on my bed and table. The room temperature matches the outside when the heater is off, and the bathroom is cold and damp. The landlord believes the room quality matches the rent of about $90 per week and insists there are no problems with the flat, which is around 100 years old.

The flat is new, but the carpet and painting could use some attention. While the rooms are on the small side, the lounge and kitchen are a good size. The landlord is incredibly responsive and handles all maintenance himself, which is a plus. The best feature is the water pressure, but the downside is that it can get quite cold downstairs.
