The flat is quite old and has a lot of problems, but with the new property manager, it might be improving. It's good for the price if you're on a budget, and the shower is definitely the best feature. However, the kitchen window and the path really need some serious attention. Overall, the new landlord seems alright.

The worst part of living here is definitely the path, which has caused multiple injuries, including my flatmate spraining her ankle twice. The property manager has been unhelpful, and while the new one is slightly better, they still won't address the horrible path. We've also faced issues with drains and insulation that only got resolved when they became urgent. The only good thing about the flat is the rent and the water pressure.
The house is old and not very airtight, but it's reasonably priced for what it is. The best part is definitely the location and the view, while the worst aspects are that it's cold and the kitchen and bathroom are tiny. The landlord takes about a couple of weeks to fix things, if they ever get done at all.
