I really enjoyed living in this flat, especially the sun in the lounge, which gets all-day sun throughout the winter—a great feature. The undercover deck was also handy for drying washing. While there’s no central heating, we managed to stay comfortable with a small heater in the lounge and electric blankets. The landlord was efficient at sending out tradies when needed.
