I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location, being super close to town. It's easy to heat because it's quite small, but that also means storage is limited. The property manager is very proactive and understanding, which makes dealing with any issues a breeze. However, the lack of soundproofing can be frustrating, especially when the upstairs tenants are heavy-footed or having conversations late at night.
