Rate this flatI really enjoyed living in this flat; it gets great sun and has a big lounge with a fantastic view over Dunedin. The bedrooms are all a reasonable size, and having two bathrooms on two of the three floors was convenient. The landlord was really on to it and very nice, always replying quickly to our queries. The only downside is that it's located on a large hill.
The house is a terrible place—cold and damp. Dealing with the landlord is impossible; they always try to rip you off. The best part of living here has been my flatmate, but the worst has definitely been the landlord.
