The house has a pretty cool backyard, but it's quite cold and looks okay while kind of falling apart. Having only one toilet for six people is a pain. The landlord usually communicates quickly, but actions can take a long time; what’s promised for "this week" often turns into a month. Overall, the backyard is the best part, while the cold is definitely the worst.
