Landlord
The lounge gets hot, but the rest of the house is cold. While the landlord was reasonable about fixing problems, they haven't been responsive about releasing our bond, which has been over two months now. The property managers seem more focused on the owners than on us as tenants. The best thing about the flat is the view, but the worst part is definitely the manager.
