The house was soooo cold, and while parking was usually pretty good, it became a hassle during work hours. The decking was great in warmer seasons, but we had to use one of the bedrooms as a lounge since there wasn't one. The landlord was a bit unfair, blaming us for something that wasn't solely our fault, and I also had to deal with sticky things from the tree falling onto my washing. Overall, the best thing was definitely the deck, but the worst was the cold.

The house is sunny, which is a nice feature, but it can be quite draughty at times. I found the landlord to be strict, and I appreciated that they held their ground on important matters.
