Rate this flatThe flat is very cold and damp, with a mould problem in the bathroom despite the new shower dome, and one of the rooms is moving. In summer, there are a lot of wasps in the backyard. On the plus side, the landlord is very nice, friendly, and quick to respond to any issues. The best part of living here has been the people, but overall, the house has its drawbacks.
This is a real chilled place with character and a cool view, though it's a little far from uni. It gets good sunlight and is close to New World, but it can be cold in winter. Hopefully, I'll have a private landlord next year because the current one was pretty terrible.
