As of 2026 there’s an old big guy from the Cook island living here. Farking weird as guy bro. He don’t even work overnight but stays up until 6 am after finishing work mostly after 11pm. Constantly coughing that shakes the whole house let alone his footsteps are like a Sasquatch. Earth penetrating yawns that keep you awake. Complain doesn’t work as the landlord is leeching on this tenant’s benefit money.
